The Hornbill Building.

The Hornbill Building, part of a larger development for the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) at Culham Campus, was the first new office space available for occupiers in the fusion tech sector. Rosalind Franklin.

Formerly the UK’s largest COVID-19 testing centre, the Rosalind Franklin Laboratory processed over 80,000 tests daily during the pandemic. The facility housed nine CL2 labs, office spaces, research rooms, and a logistics area. Now, the space is being relaunched to the market, targeting occupiers from the medical and health sectors, positioning it as a prime location for cutting-edge research and innovation.
