Project scope
Formerly the UK’s largest COVID-19 testing facility, processing over 80,000 tests per day during the pandemic, Rosalind Franklin Laboratory features nine CL2 labs, office spaces, research rooms, and a dedicated logistics area. The facility is now being relaunched to the market, targeting occupiers in the medical and health sectors.
Tech spec
The video featured walkthroughs of the interior spaces combined with drone footage to showcase the size and scale of the property. It was then edited into 30-second mini films for paid social media and a longer version for the dedicated landing page. The marketing teams were provided with correctly sized and branded assets tailored for a variety of channels.

Results
The video was featured in a paid LinkedIn campaign, generating over 465,000 views and more than 12,000 clicks to the landing page. The campaign attracted interest from a variety of medical businesses, with the NHS being the most engaged. Over the course of the three-month campaign, it successfully generated interest in leasing individual lab spaces.
