Charged with marketing a commercial office still under construction, we created immersive CGI visuals featured on a sleek landing page, giving prospects a virtual tour. A focused LinkedIn campaign drove early interest and engagement.

Using immersive CGI virtual tour we rendered the office and opportunity spaces with real time campus views from the inside looking out and a change of configuration for the opportunity space so prospects could imagine the space with fusion tech installed.

Targeted LinkedIn attracted 35,000 views over a three month period and resulted in early interest from four key prospects.
