Client

UK Atomic Energy Agency.

Project scope

The project aimed to showcase a new commercial office building that was still under construction. The client sought to generate early interest from potential occupiers but faced challenges in bringing prospects to the site. The solution was to create immersive CGI visuals, allowing viewers to explore the office space, rig hall, and reception area virtually. These assets were then featured on a dedicated landing page, designed to drive traffic through targeted email campaigns.

Tech spec

Our CGI team visited the site to map out key areas and create detailed stills for assets like brochures and the landing page, before producing the full immersive tour. Each stage of the project was strategically released through marketing campaigns, offering sneak previews and enabling the marketing team to activate go-to-market assets swiftly while awaiting final proofs.
