Response to a pandemic.
During the pandemic videos showcasing larger homes with green space were created to match the shift in trends in this space. Utlising previous video content and adding stock allowed us to create feel good content that was then launched across social on both paid and owned. The result of this was action maintained the sales rate throughout the lockdown.
Community focus
A site with low sales due to its location was revitalised through a storytelling video featuring real residents enjoying the playground for the first time. The video was then repurposed into 20-second clips for targeted paid social media campaigns aimed at a family demographic, driving renewed interest. As a result, the site’s sales rate improved during the campaign.
