We crafted a long-form film featuring key voices behind the office move, highlighting design, sustainability, and project management. With a focus on younger talent, the brief called for a fresh, youthful vibe—and we delivered.

We designed a branded landing page featuring the project's backstory, key Avison Young figures, and additional video content. All campaign traffic was funnelled here, serving as a hub to showcase interest and engagement.

Photography was captured focusing on the breakout areas and using office staff to set a sense of realism which were then used for PR pieces and award submissions. 

Snippets of the story

Two smaller bite sized video shorts were created focussing on key highlights and used to generate interest in the full story.

Incorporating props and real employees into the photos brought an authentic, lived-in office vibe to life.
