Project scope
The goal of the video was to highlight Avison Young Manchester's recent office move following their post-pandemic downsizing. The client wanted to create a film that demonstrated how the internal teams successfully delivered the project, serving as a case study for discussions with clients in the occupier market. The video spotlighted the key players involved in the delivery while also showcasing the company’s commitment to ESG principles throughout the process.
Tech spec
The full-length video was divided into three bite-sized segments for the marketing team to utilise in a week-long social media campaign. The interactive brochure was distributed to clients via the internal database and was also made available on the dedicated landing page.
